Cohorted Black Edition Beauty Box August 2016

I was getting a little down this month, however thought I would pick myself up with a treat. I had ummd and ard about this box for a while and decided to take a leap and give it a go.

So what is Cohorted all about? It is a high end beauty subscription box, costing £35.00 a month with free delivery. So it is on the higher side of prices, however previous boxes have featured products from Too Faced, Nars, MAC and Marc Jacob.

With these type of high end brands, you cannot really complain and with my growing collection of Nars and Too Faced I couldn't wait to see what I would receive.

I am seriously happy with this box, not only is the box and contents great but the Cohorted team are so helpful too. I love that they have a little magazine in the box which goes through all of the item in the box with descriptions and prices.

The Ovali Collection, Sculpt & Contour 0.1 Brush, R.R.P £14.00. This is the smallest of the contour brushes in the Ovali Collection. This is specifically designed to for contour precision, and affords more contour  that traditional contour tools, allowing you to define, outline and highlight professionally. The brush hairs are synthetic fibres, however are super soft and cruelty free. The lightweight handles allow for easy use. These brushes have been inspired by East Asian beauty innovations.

Nars Andy Warhol Eyeshadow Palette Flowers 3, R.R.P £45.00. With my growing collection and love of Nars I was so pleased to have received this eyeshadow palette, it is so pretty too and is defiantly my favourite item of this box. In collaboration with Andy Warhols famous poppies, the palette is a combination of white, pink champagne and dark brown against a back drop of shimmering lavender grey and black overspray.
This really is a spectacular limited edition palette that I am so happy to add to my collection.

Each palette has a memorable quote from the famous Andy Warhol, mine says "All is Pretty", I have done my best to capture this below, so apologies if it isn't clear.

Smith & Cult Nail Polish in Porn-A-Thon, R.R.P £19.00. This is this months brand discovery and are well known in the nail world. With their distressed packaging, creative names and their gorgeous variety of colour, they ooze coolness. The colour is very lasting and is very easy to apply. I would even go so far as to say this could be a one coat polish.

Nunzio Saviano Anti-frizz Sheets, R.R.P £14.00. These portable anti-frizz sheets are prefect for on the go, applied at the hairline and directly onto flyaways. They are enriched with coconut water which is known for its natural moisturising properties and healthy shine.

Lancome Precious Cells Eye Cream 2x3ml, R.R.P £25.00. These little beauties are the newest advances in stem cell research, inspired by the latest innovations in dermatological sciences. The unique formula helps to regenerate skins youthful radiance, making skin firmer, nourished and more even toned.

I for one cannot wait to see whats in store for next month!
